By using Blaafy (the mobile app or blaafy.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

02The service

Blaafy is a real-time multiplayer party game in which players invent fake answers to trivia questions and vote for the answer they believe is real. You can play as a guest, without an account. An account (Google or Apple sign-in) is only needed to unlock premium content or subscribe.

03Acceptable use

When you play, you agree not to:

• use offensive, hateful, harassing or illegal content as a display name, avatar or answer;
• cheat, exploit bugs, or attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service;
• use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service or its question bank.

We may remove content or restrict access to anyone who breaks these rules.

04Subscriptions & payments

Blaafy Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks all premium categories. Prices are shown before you pay. In the mobile app, payment and renewal are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; on the website, by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

You can cancel at any time from your store subscription settings (mobile) or from the customer portal available in the app (web). Refunds are handled by the platform where you purchased and by applicable consumer law. Free categories rotate weekly and may change without notice.

05Content & intellectual property

The Blaafy name, design, software and question bank belong to us and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. The answers you type during a game are only used to run that game.

06Availability & changes

Blaafy is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but games are held in server memory, so a restart or an outage may end games in progress. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

07Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of Blaafy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

08Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the latest revision, and continued use of Blaafy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
